There are lots of cycling & hiking routes in the area. Hot summer days are ideal for swimming in the natural lakes Sykovec and Medlov. If you come in the winter you can enjoy endless cross-country skiing routes. Downhill skiing and snowboarding are possible on the nearby hill called Harusův kopec.
Do you like watching professional sportsmen? Our residence is a great base camp for fans as Nové Město na Moravě holds biathlon and mountain bike championships every year.

Fee for dog is 200 CZK/night.
25% deposit of the total price of the stay is required to place a binding reservation order. The rest is to be paid 15 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation terms:
30 days + before the check-in = 25% fee of the total price of the stay
15 - 30 days before the check-in = 50% fee of the total price of the stay
0- 14 days before the check-in = 100% fee of the total price of the stay
